Shipping Policy

All TALŌH products are handmade in small batches, and most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

Transit times vary depending on your location and the method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that TALŌH is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re unable to replace or refund orders that are returned to sender or delivered incorrectly due to an error in the shipping information provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it’s been lost, please email hello@talohskin.com within 3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll do our best to help resolve it.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Tallow can soften or melt in warm weather — this doesn’t affect its quality or benefits. Simply place your jar in a cool spot or refrigerate briefly to let it firm back up.
